The price list shown above is for our normal coverage area of all of Hamilton and Bradley counties in Tennessee and Walker
and Catoosa Counties in Georgia. We also frequently travel to Rhea, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Meigs, McMinn, Marion and Polk Counties
in Tennessee and Dade, Whitfield and Murray Counties in Georgia. Please note that those counties not in our normal coverage area
may be subject to a $40 travel charge depending on distance traveled. Please call for exact pricing for those outlying areas.
HomePro Inspection, Inc. is pleased to inspect Multi-Family dwellings as well as Single Family homes. The minimum Duplex fee is
$320; otherwise you may use the chart above. We also inspect Apartment Complexes and some Commercial Buildings. Please call our
